Having demonstrated its commitment to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization earlier in the year by running around the streets of Rīga in a manner that, if viewed from above, would look a bit like the outline of a plane, the Ministry is now repeating the trick by posting a video showing how to fold paper into a version of the famous NATO star symbol.
