
The decision to close the P.O. boxes from 1 July was taken because demand has fallen significantly recently and this is not profitable for the company. The company does not mention exactly how much savings would be made by removing the service. The number of customers for the service is falling by around 30% every year. For example, there are currently more than 900 active subscribers, but by the end of next year, 300 fewer people will have signed up for the service.
