PTAC noted that FlyUp Travel had failed to remedy the following reasons for the suspension of its license within the set deadline: State Revenue Service (VID) tax arrears; failure to pay the state fee for the license in 2025; insufficient tour operator security for the next period; failure to submit quarterly reports.
