The cat can be seen in all its glory from a bird's-eye view. It all started quite by accident, said Kaspars Ulsts, the figure's creator:
"See where the cat's tail is. I thought I'd clear the snow and see if I could skate. I cleared the first bend and thought - this is like something I've seen a lot. And then a cat popped into my mind, the famous 'Flow' cat. Then I called my wife, and we both got our shovels. All evening went by. Darkness fell, and it was hard to assess the result....
