The characters from Flow can be found on top the ‘Rīga’ letters. The cat greets everyone at Brīvības Square, the dog watches over Rātslaukums, the capybara has settled in Uzvaras Park, and the lemur is happy to see you in Mežaparks.
The cat and lemur sculptures were created by artist Kristaps Andersons, the capybara was created by Lithuanian artist Donatas Mockus, and the dog is the work of artist Inese Valtere.
