SAG has acquired 100% of Ammunity's shares. Until now, the company was owned by Viktors Juris Ozols (51%), Juris Užulis (30%) and Dāvis Vilis Ozols (19%).
Beāte Krauze-Čebotare, member of the board of Ammunity, told LETA that the amount of the acquisition will not be disclosed.
The Latvian Ministry of Defence provided support to Ammunity in the process of attracting investors.
