The Riga Technical University (RTU) ranks highest, in the 761-770 bracket, a drop from last year's 721-730.
The University of Latvia (LU) has dropped from last year's 781-790 bracket to 801-850 this year.
Meanwhile, Riga Stradiņš University (RSU) has been on a downward slide for the past three years, ranking 1001-1200 (951-1000 last year).
