Dutch art detective, Arthur Brand, known for recovering stolen masterpieces by artists ranging from Picasso to Van Gogh, found documents from the 15th to 19th centuries, including UNESCO-listed documents relating to the early days of the Dutch East India Company, which were stolen from the National Archives in The Hague in 2015.
