The ads found have now expired and are archived. But they promise showers, beds, water and a kitchen with food supplies. They also say that the heating, electricity and ventilation have been turned on. Sewerage, generators and much more are provided. They also offer to buy additional parking space.
In almost all cases, the offer is to buy the whole shelter - the rooms in the basement - but in one of the adverts there is an option to buy just a single bed, similar to dormitories.
