The women's 4x6 km relay was won by the French team. The winning team consisted of Jeanne Richard, Oceane Michalon, Justine Bresa-Bushe, and Lou Janmonno. The Italian team took second place. The Czech national team rounded out the top three. The Latvian team secured 14th place. A total of 21 teams participated.
