Journalists from TechRadar have listed the main problems of Windows 11. The material is available on the media's website. The authors stated that the current operating system (OS), four years after its release, is only slightly more popular than Windows 10. Experts identified several reasons why users are hesitant to upgrade. The first reason they chose was the overall sluggishness of the OS — delays in the operation of 'File Explorer', search, and other system elements. Windows 11 was also described as not very performant for gamers. The journalists recalled the release of the 24H2 update, which triggered a whole wave of errors and bugs. Additionally, Microsoft was criticized for its poor OS support strategy: they explained that the company's engineers cannot fix many bugs that keep recurring. The management's obsession with artificial intelligence (AI) was also named a problem for Windows 11. "Windows 11 users are urging Microsoft to stop imposing AI on them, while Microsoft continues to relentlessly promote the technology," the specialists noted. They also criticized the OS for the abundance of advertisements: "Remember, this is a paid operating system, not a free one."
