British doctors have identified a non-obvious symptom of life-threatening diseases that hides in morning sheets. The danger of night sweats is reported by the Mirror, citing specialists from the National Health Service of the United Kingdom. The specialists emphasized that most people sweat at night, and this is normal. "However, if you regularly wake up on wet sheets, you should see a doctor. Excessive night sweating is when you sweat so much that your pajamas and bed linens are soaked through, despite the room where you sleep being cool," the doctors clarified. According to them, excessive nighttime sweating can be caused by kidney cancer, leukemia, medullary thyroid cancer, Hodgkin's lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, bone cancer, and prostate cancer.
