The ministry indicated that in December 2025, cash bonuses from state budget subsidies were not paid; however, €8,518 was disbursed from technical support funds. Meanwhile, the decision regarding bonuses for achieving last year's goals has not yet been made. The ministry explained that in accordance with regulations and internal rules of the Ministry of Communications, cash bonuses are awarded to employees who have made a significant personal contribution to the completion of specific tasks, while performance bonuses are provided to employees based on the achievement of tasks set during the evaluation period, the results achieved, and the development of competencies.
