Latvia is represented by two athletes in short track speed skating at the Milan Cortina Olympic Games: Roberts Krūzbergs and Reinis Bērziņš.
Krūzbergs completed the final race in one minute and 24.681 seconds, finishing just 0.144 seconds behind the winner.
Bērziņš finished the competition in 14th place.
This is Bērziņš's only Olympic start, but Krūzbergs is scheduled to skate the 1500 metres on Saturday and the 500-metre heats on Monday.
