The council notes that these websites generally disseminate one-sided and biased information about Russia's war in Ukraine, justify Russian military aggression, legitimize the annexation of occupied Ukrainian territories by Russia, and mobilize informational and public support for Russian soldiers. Regarding Ozon.ru, the council emphasizes that this platform, alongside everyday consumer goods, offers so-called "patriotic" literature that glorifies and heroizes Russia's war against Ukraine.
