The British nuclear submarine HMS Anson has arrived in the Middle East and has taken position in the Arabian Sea. This is reported by the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15668093/Nuclear-powered-Royal-Navy-submarine-Arabian-Sea-strikes-Iran.html). It is noted that the submarine is equipped with Tomahawk Block IV land-attack missiles with a range of up to one thousand miles, as well as heavy Spearfish torpedoes. The submarine departed from the Australian port of Perth on March 6 and has taken position "in the deep waters of the northern Arabian Sea," the article states. The publication writes that this could indicate a possible attack by the British Navy on Iran in the event of an escalation of the conflict.
