There, she had a special meeting: the supermodel spoke with several employees with autism who successfully work in the production of Guerlain skincare products. These individuals are participants in the remarkable Dispositif Human program, which aims to provide people with severe forms of autism the same opportunities for professional and personal development as all other employees. The story of the 'Naked Hearts' foundation began in 2005, and for Natalia, it is not just a job but a personal mission: her own sister was born with a severe form of autism. The foundation tirelessly helps people with this diagnosis, striving to create a more inclusive world for them. Last year, the model celebrated the anniversary of her initiative in Dubai, gathering close friends and like-minded individuals around her, including her husband Antoine Arnault, Ulyana Sergeenko, Yana Rudkovskaya, Ksenia Sobchak, and other notable guests.
