It's 740 years since the settlement of 'Walk', as it was then known, was first mentioned and 442 years since it officially became a city.
Highlights will include moped racing, a special culinary route taking in several local eateries, beach volleyball and evening concerts on both sides of the border, which visitors can stroll across at their leisure.
