Compared with the fourth quarter of 2025, house prices increased by 1.0% in the euro area and by 1.2% in the EU in the first quarter of 2026.
On all metrics, Latvia's house price growth was considerably stronger: on the year, prices were up 10.9% in the first quarter and compared to the fourth quarter of 2025, prices rose by 1.2%.
