Пособие для выпускника

**If a young person has graduated from the 12th grade or vocational school** After finishing the 12th grade or a vocational educational institution, the family allowance is discontinued from July 1. However, if the young person is under 20 years old and continues their education — for example, enrolling in a vocational educational institution or starting full-time studies at a university — the allowance may be paid for the summer months. In this case, the VSAA will calculate the allowance for July and August after receiving the data and will then continue payments in the new academic year. An application to the VSAA and a certificate from the educational institution are not required. **If the child is studying at a university** Starting January 1, 2026, the state family allowance will also be paid for children under 20 who are studying at higher educational institutions (in full-time programs). The VSAA will receive information about students electronically — by semesters. Based on this data, the agency will assign and continue payments. If the student continues their studies in the next semester or academic year, the allowance will be automatically extended, including for the summer months. There will be no need to submit an application to the VSAA.
