On July 11, four people died when a cargo van and a BMW passenger car collided on the Tallinn highway in Salacgrīva parish – the truck driver and three people in the car.
Police say the passengers in the car were Turkish citizens with Finnish residence permits. The driver of the cargo van was a Latvian national. The State Police will investigate the circumstances of the crash.
