Valmiera city festival
Latvia's very own northern powerhouse, Valmiera, has already started its city festival celebrations, and they'll be continuing all weekend long. It's a huge affair involving concerts, a craft market, excursions, film screenings, workshops, theatre performances, sports events and much more.
