Funding will be available only to those who have not previously participated in the project **"Digital Skills for Advanced Users"** and have not received state support for it. All adult residents of Latvia, regardless of whether they are employed or not, can apply. To do this, it is necessary to create an individual learning account on the state platform **Stars**. The program offers **15 training courses** and **five training modules** dedicated to modern digital competencies. Participants will be able to study programming, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence technologies, digital marketing, e-commerce, and project management. Training will take place **in a remote format** from August to October. The duration of the courses will range from **50 to 160 hours**. After the application for the individual learning account is approved, **500 euros** will be credited to the participant's account, which can be used to pay for the chosen training program.
