The Ministry of the Interior proposes to amend the Immigration Law to include a new ground for revoking a residence permit. In future, a temporary residence permit (TRP) could be revoked if it is established that a foreign national is permanently residing in premises where there is less than four square metres of living space per person permanently residing there.
