Проект нового квартала

The first phase of the residential quarter's development will invest around 38 million euros, specifically in the construction of 159 modern homes and commercial spaces. The goal of the Nordale Pagalms center, located near the Riga Film Studio and the Bikerneki Forest, is to begin shaping the life and identity of the new district even before the first homes are completed. Interestingly, the concept of Nordale Pagalms is inspired by the urban environment of Copenhagen and its vibrant pop-up courtyards, which foster spontaneous meetings and a more measured pace of life in nature. "When creating a new district, it is not enough to simply build quality homes and infrastructure. Although the first homes in Nordale are still under construction, it is important for us to start shaping the atmosphere, identity, and community of the new area today. Nordale Pagalms will become a public meeting place for cultural events, communication, and new ideas. We want people to come here not only to learn about the future project but also to simply spend time together, relax, and enjoy events," said Kristjan-Tor Vjahi, head of the Invego group. The Invego group includes over 60 companies in Estonia, Latvia, and Portugal.
