Дрон

A video has spread on social media and in the media showing a Russian drone chasing a street vendor selling vegetables in Kherson. The footage shows a man trying to take cover behind his van while the low-flying drone follows him. A few seconds later, the drone explodes near the vehicle. According to Ukrainian authorities, the victim—a man around 50 years old—managed to survive. He sustained shrapnel wounds and severe psychological shock. His wife was nearby during the attack. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha stated that the attack occurred on Tuesday in Kherson and accused Russia of committing a war crime. He said the drone operator deliberately targeted a civilian. In Kherson, strike drones are reportedly being used more frequently for attacks on the city, according to Ukrainian authorities. Due to the constant threat, locals have begun referring to the situation as a "human safari," implying a hunt for peaceful people from the air. Additionally, local authorities reported that as a result of nighttime strikes with guided aerial bombs in the Sumy region, two children and an elderly woman were killed. Russia and Ukraine continue to accuse each other of strikes against civilian populations. Moscow denies allegations of deliberate attacks on civilians.
