According to the man, a woman named Victoria has been regularly distributing pornographic materials for payment since 2023. > "There is a certain woman named Victoria who has systematically been distributing pornographic materials for commercial purposes since 2023 and, based on available evidence, is conducting unregistered economic activity." Journalists from Bez Tabu ([TV3](https://tv3.lv/beztabu/18-bez-tabu/pornovideo-tikotajam-no-latvijas-aizdomas-ka-modeles-nemaksa-valstij-nodoklus/)) were unable to contact Richard himself. However, in his appeal, he stated that the woman posts paid content not only on the OnlyFans platform but also uses Telegram. According to him, in their correspondence, she provided a bank account number from one of the Latvian banks, as well as her first and last name. Richard reported that he contacted both the State Police and the State Revenue Service (SRS). According to him, both agencies refused to consider the appeal anonymously and demanded that he submit an official statement with his personal information. After that, the man began to suspect that the woman's activities were allegedly being covered by law enforcement officials. The report also featured another content creator on the OnlyFans platform. She explained that if income is deposited into a bank account, it is nearly impossible to avoid the attention of tax authorities. According to her, content creators can operate in different legal forms — for example, as self-employed individuals — but in any case, they are required to pay taxes. Additionally, part of the income is withheld by the platform as a commission, so the actual earnings turn out to be significantly lower than the payments received. The State Revenue Service reported that the platform is registered in Latvia and pays taxes. According to the agency, annual tax payments amount to about 250,000 euros, and since the beginning of this year, they have already exceeded 80,000 euros. The SRS also noted that in modern conditions, it is extremely difficult to hide such income from the tax service.
