Лето продолжается

At the beginning of next week, a new cyclone will approach the territory of the country - the sky will be increasingly covered with clouds that will bring rain. On Monday, starting from the second half of the day, a zone of precipitation will begin to cross the territory of Latvia, continuing its movement into Tuesday, which is why rain is expected over most of the territory, with thunderstorms in some areas. A south to southwest wind will blow, ranging from weak to moderate, which will gradually change direction to northwest and west on Tuesday afternoon. In the western and central regions, wind gusts will reach 15-16 meters per second. On Monday afternoon, the maximum air temperature will be +24...+27 degrees, while in many places along the Kurzeme coast it will be a few degrees cooler, and on Tuesday during daylight hours, thermometers will reach +16...+20 degrees. In the second half of the week, atmospheric pressure will rise and the weather will become sunnier and predominantly dry. The heat will recede, with thermometers only rising a couple of degrees above +20 degrees in some places.
