According to preliminary police estimates, the women were likely under the influence of alcohol. Officers from the Old Town police station in Poznań have already contacted the owner of the bar near where the conflict occurred. He is expected to appear at the station on Friday to officially report what happened. Law enforcement is also identifying all participants in the incident and analyzing the available video footage. At this stage, the police are not reporting any possible charges or arrests. Investigators need to reconstruct the exact sequence of events and establish the role of each participant in the conflict. In recent weeks, there have been several attacks on Ukrainian refugees in Poland. Video recordings of some incidents have received widespread public attention.
