The warmest water is in Lake Babītis, in the Bolderāja quarry, and in the Daugava River near Kipsala, where the water temperature is +22 degrees. In Kisezers, the water temperature is +21 degrees, while in the Daugava near Lucavsala and in Rumbula, it is +20 degrees. In other swimming areas, the water temperature is lower. At the beach in Vakarbuļļi, the water temperature is +18 degrees, and in Daugavgrīva and Vecāki, it is +17 degrees.
