At the intersection of Ropažu and Ledmanes streets, a tree fell on the tram line's contact network, halting the movement of trams on route 1, while a fallen tree on Alexander Grin Boulevard stopped the movement of trams on route 8. Due to a broken tree on Lidonu Street, the movement of buses on route 3 has been halted. A tree also fell onto the roadway at the intersection of Daugavgrivas and Udens streets, stopping bus movement in both directions. Several public transport routes are not fully serviced on Sunday morning. Trams on route 1 from Imanta are operating only to 45th Secondary School, while trams on route 11 are running from the center to the ring at the Brothers' Cemetery near the Čiekurkalns water tower. On trolleybus routes, movement is being maintained as much as possible by diesel generators; however, movement on route 16 has been stopped. Buses on route 36 are operating only to the "Daugavgriva" stop, as movement on the Vakarbulli section is impossible, while buses on route 24 are operating only to the "Vecmilgravis" stop, as movement on the Mangalsala section is also impossible. Buses on route 3 are operating only to the crossing on Silikatu Street. Buses on routes 36 and 56 from Imanta and Ziepniekkalns are operating to the 6th bus depot on Kleistu Street. As reported by "Rīgas satiksme," due to the damage caused by the wind, changes may occur on other routes, delays in public transport, or complete halts in movement on certain sections. Emergency services and company staff are working to eliminate the damage and restore movement.
