In the summer season, "airBaltic" will operate flights from Riga to Alicante, Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Belgrade, Berlin, Billund, Bucharest, Brussels, Budapest, Burgas, Zurich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Helsinki, Heraklion, Catania, Chișinău, Copenhagen, Corfu, Lisbon, Ljubljana, London, Madeira (only in April), Madrid, Malaga, Milan, Munich, Naples, Nice, Oslo, Oulu, Palanga, Palma de Mallorca, Paris, Pisa, Porto, Prague, Reykjavik, Rhodes, Rome, Thessaloniki, Sofia, Split, Istanbul, Stockholm, Sharm El Sheikh (only in April), Tallinn, Tampere, Tbilisi, Tel Aviv, Tirana, Tivat, Turku, Vienna, and Vilnius. Flight frequencies will be increased on routes from Riga to London Gatwick Airport up to 14 times a week, to Paris up to 12 times a week, to Vienna up to 12 times a week, to Barcelona up to seven times a week, to Rome up to seven times a week, to Hamburg up to seven times a week, to Düsseldorf up to seven times a week, to Milan up to six times a week, to Athens up to four times a week, to Nice up to four times a week, to Alicante up to three times a week, and to Split up to three times a week. Unlike the summer season of this year, next summer "airBaltic" no longer plans flights to Antalya (Turkey), Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Dublin (Ireland), Faro (Portugal), Gothenburg (Sweden), Innsbruck (Austria), Larnaca (Cyprus), Malta, Olbia (Italy), Tenerife, and Valencia (Spain), as well as to Geneva (Switzerland), according to aggregated data from the LETA agency. The flight program for the summer season of 2027 has been developed in accordance with the new business plan of "airBaltic" and reflects an optimized, demand-based route network strategy. The airline focuses on markets with the highest demand and potential, increasing flight frequencies on specific routes where passenger demand is growing.
