They are planned to be airlifted to a hospital in Kathmandu. The situation at hydroelectric facilities remains extremely severe. According to the association of electricity producers, 557 workers from Trishuli-3A are still listed as missing. In total, around 900 workers are being searched for at 12 hydroelectric power stations, with local authorities estimating that about 500 of them may be trapped in tunnels. According to the latest data provided in the publication, the death toll from the floods in Nepal has reached at least 1,287 people, with at least 5,000 more listed as missing. In Tibet, 16 fatalities have been reported. Authorities fear further increases in the death toll. Nepal's Minister of Communications Bikram Timilsina stated that rescuers remain hopeful of finding new survivors.
