"I want to clarify that during the marriage of Sedokova and Janis Timma, only one property was acquired. This is an apartment on Aviatsionnaya Street, which was purchased with her personal funds. All conditions of the marriage contract were fulfilled by Anna. During the divorce proceedings, Janis was asked if he had any property claims against Anna Sedokova, and he replied that he did not. Why do the heirs think they have greater rights than he did?" the lawyer questioned. At the same time, Stukalova pointed out that the marriage contract between Anna and Janis was drawn up in the USA in the state of Florida, where the couple lived even before the high-profile divorce. The form of that transaction complied with local law and took into account the requirements of Russian legislation. So there is simply nothing to nitpick here. It is worth noting that Janis's mother blames Anna Sedokova not only for the illegal appropriation of her son's apartments but also for his death. The grieving woman believes that it was the blonde's behavior that pushed the basketball player to a desperate step. After which the singer also illegally seized all his property.
