Salmonella Enteritidis was detected in marinated chicken thighs with garlic and herbs sold in 400-gram packages. Salmonella Infantis bacteria were found in minced pork in 500-gram packages. The product batch number is GM262325035574. PVD emphasized that the expiration date of both products has already passed and they are currently not on sale. The information about the detected salmonella was transmitted by the Latvian service to the European Union's rapid alert system.
