According to Russian media, Mikhail Alexandrovich underwent two open-heart surgeries, during which the ascending aorta and aortic arch were replaced, as well as the brachiocephalic trunk. During the surgery, the surgeons worked with artificial circulation and even temporarily stopped the blood flow. Labkovsky also underwent coronary bypass surgery and had his heart rhythm corrected. Many know Mikhail Labkovsky as the author of the books "I Want and I Will," "I Love and I Understand," and "Greetings from Childhood." Recently, he spoke before his numerous fans in Latvia.
