It is reported that Kochkar is one of 18 businessmen detained by law enforcement as part of the investigation into drug trafficking and prostitution. On September 29, the police carried out coordinated operations, during which raids were conducted at 35 locations and on two ships. Of the twenty suspects for whom arrest warrants were issued, 18 were detained and taken to the police station, while the search for two fugitives continues.
