One of the leaders of the United List, Minister of Smart Administration and Regional Development Edgars Tavars, this evening on Latvian TV, in the presence of potential partners - politicians from the National Alliance and "New Unity" - briefly outlined the plan for radical changes from Kulbergs. This includes the unification of several ministries, a reduction in the number of state enterprise councils, a decrease in public sector funding, and the activation of the investment fund, as without foreign investments there will be no economic development of the country... E. Tavars indicated that the Ministry of Climate and Energy will be the first to be liquidated, and its functions will be distributed between the Ministry of Smart Administration and the Ministry of Economics.
