From October 26 to November 2, military personnel and military equipment of the brigade will be moving along roads and railways from the Adazi military base and the Cesvaine military base to the exercise sites in the Ogre, Jekabpils, Aizkraukle, Daugavpils, Aluksne, Balvi, Gulbene, Madona, Rezekne, and Augsdaugava regions, as well as in Rezekne. During the exercises, the brigade's units will carry out tasks related to force deployment, supply, management, and communication, as well as improve cooperation with the National Armed Forces. The aim of the exercises is to test the brigade's ability to move, supply, and coordinate units over long distances. Brigade Commander Colonel David Brassard emphasizes that the exercises will demonstrate the ability to deploy combat-ready forces over long distances, ensure their operations in field conditions, as well as effective management, control, and communication. From November 4 to 8, the units will restore the areas used for the exercises and return to the military bases.
