The apartment, with an area of 193.2 sq. m, is located on Saksahanskoho Street, on two levels of the top floor of a six-story building. It contains three rooms, offices, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and three balconies. The property was transferred to state ownership by a decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine as part of sanctions. Two bidders participated in the auction. In 2017, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) banned Lebedev from entering the country. In 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky imposed sanctions against the designer. In March 2023, the SBU charged Lebedev in absentia due to his report from the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. In July 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine confiscated two of Lebedev's apartments, which were later transferred to the management of the State Property Fund. After the court's decision, the designer published a photo of the apartment in Kyiv. "My house is now definitely on the edge. I feel sorry for the Kyiv apartment. I will miss it," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
