November will delight with sunshine and warmth: meteorologists talk about the weather in Latvia on Monday

The first Monday of November in Latvia will be relatively warm and predominantly dry. Although cloudiness will persist over most of the country, there will be occasional sunny clearings. According to the LETA agency citing the meteorologists' forecast, light precipitation is possible only in isolated areas, mainly in Kurzeme. The wind will remain weak, and the air temperature during the day will range from +6 to +11 degrees. The warmest weather is expected along the Kurzeme coast. ### What the weather will be like in Riga In the capital, Monday will pass without significant precipitation. The sky will be predominantly cloudy, but the sun may appear at times. With a light southern wind, the air will warm up to about +8 degrees. ### Why the weather will be calm The weather conditions in Latvia are determined by an area of high atmospheric pressure, which is expected to bring weak winds and a small amount of precipitation. Thus, the beginning of the work week will proceed without significant weather changes: November cloudiness will remain, but meteorologists do not forecast heavy rain or wind.
